Welcome to pitch–stitch – a webshop for music-inspired fashion, operated by Divisart Kft., located in Hungary. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services available at https://www.pitch-stitch.com. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Services

Our products are sold via a print-on-demand (POD) model, meaning:

• All items are made to order.
• Designs are created by the pitch–stitch team.
• Fulfillment, printing, and shipping are handled by TPOP, an eco-conscious POD provider based in France.

3. Orders

3.1 How It Works

When you place an order:

• It is forwarded to TPOP for production.
• You receive an order confirmation by email.
• You can track your order via the provided link.

3.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraud

4. Prices & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are listed in EUR, inclusive of applicable VAT.

4.2 Payments

Payments are processed securely via:

• Stripe
• PayPal

We do not store or access your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are produced and shipped by TPOP, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Delivery times vary by location and are in addition to production time.
• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Shipping is available worldwide.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each product is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for reasons of size, color preference, or change of mind.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The print is faulty
• The wrong item is sent

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info @ pitch-stitch.com, including:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect

If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund within 14 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including designs, logos, text, and images – is the intellectual property of pitch–stitch and Divisart Kft., unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use any part of this content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the site for fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hungary, unless EU consumer protection law applies otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance.
